Purpose

The purpose of the Ashworth Road Baptist Church Student Ministry is to help students lay up eternal treasures and build strong foundations for the coming age, so that each student might have life that is truly life. We have several gatherings throughout the week that are designed to achieve this purpose and help students to build long-lasting friendships. We have many other regularly scheduled events throughout the year, such as youth conferences, retreats, mission trips, service opportunities and fun activities.

Weekly Programs

Wednesday Nights
Join us on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 for a well balanced gathering that incorporates all of the areas of our mission statement into one evening. Typical meetings include 20 minutes of fun and games, 20 minutes of bible teaching and20 minutes of small group time. Students find that this midweek gathering helps them to stay true to their beliefs and survive the world around them.

Sunday School
On Sunday mornings at 9:30, students meet to study God’s word and find the application it has for them as individuals. Jr. High and Sr. High classes are split to be more effective on an age basis.
